Celebrating my Academy client who has been 14 days BINGE FREE while baking sourdough bread and being patient with her kids not snappy or irritable with them🙏🏻🍫🎉 Here’s how👇🏻 1)She is prioritizing spending quality time with friends/family/ her kiddos and baking (which is a hobby she loves) over what she is eating and letting sneaky diet culture thoughts win. She allowed herself to enjoy pizza one night & the next morning enjoy her sourdough blueberry bagels without feeling anxious or overeating.  2)She is allowing herself to enjoy the foods that were once triggering for her (bread) so she can take those foods off a pedestal and eat them without bingeing She isn’t worried about bingeing on trigger foods.  She knows she is ready for her BINGE FREE LIFE and is willing to put in the work to get there😍 She is focusing more on what are the steps I need to take to stop bingeing versus letting fear win and continuing to do what she has always done in the past (which led her to binge). She is leaning into the fear & allowing herself to bake sourdough bread to PROVE to herself that she can trust herself. & because of this, she has been able to enjoy a slice or 2 with full control & no anxiety🙏🏻 3)She is thinking about how to best honour her body versus how many calories she’s consuming. She is eating when she is hungry instead or pushing it off or convincing herself that she can wait. 4)Lastly, she is CELEBRATING 14 DAYS BINGE FREE without stressing over when her next binge will come🥳 She knows this is a journey that is not linear and instead of robbing herself of joy and freaking out about when the urge will come, she is using this time to be fully present with her husband and kids and feeling grateful that she is healing her relationship with food and experiencing this level of freedom so soon💃 She is a BADASS action taker who implements the tools I teach & is so ready for her binge free life.
