To make the beef, in a large skillet, cook the beef over medium heat, breaking up the meat as it cooks until browned, about 5 minutes. Add the garlic and ginger and cook for another minute. Add the sauce mix, and 1 cup of fresh basil. Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook until the sauce coats the beef, 3-5 minutes. Remove from the heat and stir in the remaining basil. 4. Divide the salad ingredients, noodles and beef between bowls.
