My homeowners insurance dropped me when they learned I had a German shepherd. 😱 They claim they don’t discriminate based on breed. Glad you found a forever home for you and your babies

I can tell by the black dogs stomach that she/he is ingesting a lot of that water! I didn’t realize my dog was actually swallowing a lot of water doing that till he suddenly looked so fat!

apartment hunting is hard with German shepherds. luckily My complex I'm in now German shepherds are not restricted and they have a 3 pet max.

It’s so interesting how other areas of the world work. I live in Oklahoma and never faced any issues with rentals and my GSD. The only issue we ran into was ppl getting the rentals before we could lol

We finally had to make the decision to move into a fifth wheel for our dogs sake. He’s a pit and German shepherd mix and everyone freaks when they hear that. Yet he’s the sweetest baby ever.

So glad we don’t have this in Australia. You can’t be denied a rental due to pets. 😋 I had to move quickly last year due to rental being sold & in 2 week was approved for 5 places with my GSD Bug

I have a malinois, my therapist wrote me a l a letter saying the dog is part of my therapy and I’ve been allowed to have him wherever🫶🏻 best of luck to you and your babes

renting with big dogs is tough for sure, I'm glad to have a house of my own. I definitely would have lived in a van or RV before giving up my dogs tho I'm right there with you

this seems so crazy to me as a non american, we've had rentals pick us (we owned a large dog, a cat, a fishtank and a gecko) over young adults because they might throw parties

My husbands seeing a therapist just so our GSD mix can be registered as an ESA and we can move out of state next month for his job. Finding rentals for big dogs is hard without going way over budget
