I tip small businesses especially restaurants that have to pack it carefully. Soups, separating stuff to be cooked later. But yeah a sandwich, nah.

I don't tip unless the waiter does a good job. sorry, the employer is required to pay them minimum wage if they don't make the tips.

honestly, the little business i work for prompts for tips. the tips don't go to any of the employees. we all had the option to be hourly plus tips, or take a higher hourly. it's pretty fucked
