PM is just Benadryl. So just buy a store brand and then you can dose both Benadryl and ibuprofen to suit your needs. Save a fortune over the combo products, even the store brand combos

Zicam is what helps me the most! I just take the disolvable tablets. It often helps me fight a cold off before it starts, and if I get a cold it helps me get over it faster. Advil also helps me a lot!

There’s a non drowsy Sudafed that I get from behind the counter. Never have issues sleeping on it. And I can breathe in my sleep better.
