A little ASMR for chocolate chip cookie lovers 💝🍪 Brown butter chocolate chip cookies (this one’s an easy one) Ingredients: • 1 cup unsalted butter • 2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour • 1 tablespoon cornstarch • 1 teaspoon baking soda • 1 teaspoon salt • 1 cup brown sugar • ¾ cup granulated sugar • 1 egg room temperature • 1 egg yolk room temperature • 1 tablespoon heavy cream • 2 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract • 1 cup chocolate chips • 1 semi sweet chocolate chip bar (chopped) Instructions: 1. Heat the butter in a saucepan until it is all melted. (The butter should smell nice and nutty.) 2. Chill the butter in the freezer for 10 minutes. 3. Mix together the flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt together in a small bowl and set aside. 4. Beat the butter and both sugars until light and fluffy. 5. Add in the egg, yolk, cream, and vanilla. 6. Stir in the flour mixture and mix. 7. Fold in the chocolate. 8. Preheat oven to 350F. 9. Bake for 10 minutes. 10. Enjoy!! 🎥:@Samantha
