What happens if the merchant doesn’t ask if you want to pay in euros or usd? I’m in Paris been using my cc and haven’t seen this option when I’m paying… are they pre setting it to usd???

This doesn't always apply, you should always check your banks conversion rate first and then compare it with the conversion rate displayed by the payment terminal

Well i ever get anything more than $250 from frontier without going to court i will told to get off the aircraft after i was seated got another flight to a different destination and 8 hours later.
