I want to know why they think milk gets pasteurised. if Raw milk is safe why would a company pay to put their product thru this whole other process. what's the benefit to them?

I live in a dairy county. Many of the dairy farmers are 5th or 6th generation dairy farmers. None that I know drink raw milk. It’s like how the elevator repair men I know don’t use elevators

Similar to human breatmilk?? I breastfeed and there are super strict rules about how to preserve pumped milk for a baby. Sterile equipment, how long can you store in each temp ect!
