@elchicosav: Intrusive thoughts are a bitch to deal with but once you understand that it’s really not about the thought it’s more about why you’re getting the thought. It’s more of like a defense mechanism for yourself a lot of the times if you think oh my thoughts tell me to do this it’s really because I guess your brain is trying to reinforce the idea that whatever you’re afraid of is not happening you just have to be aware that it’s just anxiety. #selfhelp
