Make sure all ingredients are at room temperature. 2. Beat the eggs and sugar with a mixer until fluffy (about 5 minutes). 3. Add the liquids (vegetable oil and milk). 4. Sift the flour and baking powder, then add them to the mixture and mix well. 5. Pour the batter into a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. 6. Bake in a preheated, fanless oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 15-20 minutes, or until the top is lightly golden. 7. Once out of the oven, let the cake cool with a cover over it. Note: The cake may not rise very much, and that's normal! For the Orange Syrup: 300 ml orange juice (about 1 cup + slightly more than half a cup) 20 g cornstarch (2 tablespoons) 100 g granulated sugar (5 tablespoons) Instructions: 1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly with a whisk. 2. Once the syrup thickens, remove from heat and let it cool, stirring occasionally to prevent a skin from forming. For the Cream: 200 ml heavy cream (1 cup) 120 g cream cheese (Labneh) (3 tablespoons) • 80 g powdered whipped cream (4 tablespoons) 120 g white chocolate Instructions: 1. Melt the white chocolate using the bain-marie method (adding 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil will help it melt smoothly). 2. Mix all the remaining ingredients together and beat until smooth. 3. Your cream is ready! Assembling the Cake: 1. Cut the cake into round pieces. 2. Soak each piece with the orange syrup (without squeezing the cream). 3. Take the leftover cake pieces, dry them slightly, and then pulse them in a food processor. 4. Assemble the cake as shown in the video, and you're done! Enjoy your cake! Hope it turns out great!
