My doctor put me on mild antibiotics and it cleared 80 percent of it up. I was able to go off of them by my mid 20’s.

Try washing the area with food grade peroxide, its 32% unlike the stuff your used to thats 3%. Put some on a rag wipe the affeced area let sit for a few minutes( it will burn like hell) then rinse off

Look for things to eliminate from your diet. At 35 my wife got a pacemaker and was put on heart meds. The meds caused severe acne. Dr.’s said it couldn’t be the meds. They were wrong.

Check gut health first (do you take probiotics)? Do you have food sensitivities? I think you eat pretty clean but for me cutting out processed foods, seed oils, etc. helped.

I use a Norwex cloth that I only use on my face. no face scrub or washes either. and try not touching your face with bare hands. sounds odd but it can help.

1) dermatologist apt- especially to do annual skin checks when you work outside all year 2) try double cleansing- first with an oil cleanser and follow up with a normal foamy cleanser. Keep trying!

I quit every acne cleanser. I started using bar soap and a sugar scrub a couple times a week to cleanse my face. Then I use rosehip oil and beef tallow to moisturize twice a day.

I drank more water and stopped using products with mineral oil. I was on medication for it, but not accutane. I needed more moisture too. Arbonne skin care helped a ton.

I’ve dealt with acne 4ever + accutane ruined me/didn’t work. I have terrible hormonal acne & a huge thing that I have figured out is to drink/consume as lil dairy as u can. It is very inflammatory!

Hi! I know you’ve got a lot of answers here, but I had a similar “style” of acne. I know this sounds crazy- but I quit using any kind of face wash. I only use moisturizer and an antimicrobial spray.

I’ve always heard tetracycline works. I think it causes your teeth to turn gray and you’d probably want prescription grade instead of going to the livestock supply but it is an option.
