What are y’all doing to your beds that are making you take them apart? The day I got mine, I slapped a mattress protector on it. Haven’t had any issues in 6 years. Clean sheets once a week.

fiberglass is resistant to fire. that is why it is used and is usually fully sealed and not meant to break open.

Get a mattress from IKEA they have a no fiber glass policy in their products so they’re safe

Former Casper employee here, almost every single foam mattress uses fibreglass as a flame retardant.

Fiberglass is a flame retardant. Literally almost every mattress available has fiberglass in it. That's why you aren't supposed to remove mattress covers.

I had this happen once, you’ll have to throw most of it away. I tried hipa filter vacuums, vinegar soaks, lint rollers, air filters and nothing worked.

I got sick from an Amazon mattress that also had way too much fiberglass and was leaking horribly. it took so long to clean it all up. I'm SEVERELY allergic. sigh
