That used be my job 10 years ago. I did it all by myself. I used to go ahead of a crew and build everything in piles and when the crew would show up they could finish a house in 4 to 5 days. I probably made double the $ doing that than running a crew.

I used to work for a company that sent pre fab foam walls. The amount of walls they built upside down was staggering. Fixing them was crazy. Glued foam walls. Foam everywhere. Not fun.

From what I've seen your crew isn't HUGE so I bet those prefabs are good to get a big project done. No union or brand new guys but prob more expensive? Was it worth it?

In Scotland we get the full frame pre fabricated and sent on to site build the roof on the floor slab and lift out with crane

They’re made in a factory for us delivered by lorry and we get a crane to erect them 😁 north of ireland
