Esthetician here. Nizoral shampoo. It’s super clarifying so you may need to add a heavy conditioner. Must be used daily for a few weeks though to be effective

Hi! My husband and I have this, it’s not psoriasis it’s seborrheic dermatitis (def spelled that wrong). Lol but a dermatologist can prescribe Ketoconazole shampoo! We also got clobetsol.
