these are probably ones that didn't ripen up all the way so they just grind them up and you use them for fertilizer we're in love to eat it

Thank you for explaining that to me many many acres of pumpkins in my area are just disc up & the farmer gets the average price per ton of the pumpkins as cash price per acre even if they are destroye

That squash is past where it would be edible. No one would buy it. It's not worth harvesting. Just grind it up and put it back into the soil.
