@graceglazee: My birth story🤰🏻swipe to see how it went🍼 The past few days has been a rollercoaster, after three failed attempts to induce labour spanning across 28hrs+, I had to do an emergency c section where I was knocked out 🩺 and only met baby after I came around again hours later, leaving my husband sitting alone with the baby under a heated lamp 😅🥹 As happy as we are meeting our precious little one, the learning curve has been really steep learning how to soothe a baby that has to feed every 3 hours, having to learn how to latch and pump, all while nursing a c sect wound that’s still healing and only sleeping in 2hr intervals + having to wear compression socks so I won’t get blood clots after the abdominal surgery. I wouldn’t have been able to cope if it weren’t for @Thomson Medical ‘s sweetest nurses who took such amazing care of baby and I, making our transition into this new phase so much more comfortable❤️ and to my amazing husband who’s really stepped up, taking care of baby and I and getting up with me every 2/3hours to help latch the baby/wash the bottles and prepare the pumps etc❤️🥹 We’re still adjusting to our new life with @Miniglazee and are cherishing each day because he’s already growing so fast!!🥹🥹 here’s to our new family of 3🫶🏻🍼
