@salinachai: Recently, a few clients of ours has reached out to informed us that a recent store renovation/revamp of another company beared similarities to our store including our brand mission that has now been plastered on their walls + new packaging. When we developed our concept and brand story, we tapped into our hearts for ideas on what we wanted to see that was not available out there in the market. For a reputable brand that has been already for almost xx years with a specific branding, to just rip off our ideas and brand mission/story and make it theirs in their revamp process + store renovations is highly disappointing.
