My worst experience with the customer service was:…. Almost three weeks ago, I ordered the Cult Beauty x Hush Edit. It arrived the next day—thank you for the fast delivery! I started filming the unboxing right away since it was my day off, and I had the time. The product I was most excited about turned out to be the biggest disappointment—the Charlotte Tilbury logo was completely rubbed off! Also, the description of the edit stated that the Westman Atelier Lit Up Highlight Stick would be in the shade Lit, but I received Nectar instead. (Later, they changed the description to Nectar.) On top of that, it arrived all dented. So, two products were in an unacceptable condition. I immediately contacted them, saying I wanted to return the entire set and exchange it for a proper one, attaching photos as proof (since videos weren’t allowed). They told me that wasn’t possible and instead offered me £5 account credit within 48 hours. But surprise—three weeks later, there’s still no credit on my account. This has never happened to me before. Has something like this ever happened to you? What would you do in my place?
