Please remember to use parchment paper in between the glass and metal lid anytime using vinegar. The vinegar will start to dissolve the metal into the vinegar solution/tincture 😘

You can't see the "mother" as its microscopic. What you can see is sediment from apples. Got this right from Bragg years ago.
