I always repeat unless super elevated then I do US, hep panel, alk phos isoenzynes, GGT, hepatic panel, iron, ferritin

Great topic! My life insurance found my PBC bc GGt was elevated. Primary ran AMA which was pos. Then gastro confirmed with biopsy but I would have preferred a fibroscan.

Ggt, ferritin/iron/tibc, ceruloplasin, hepatitis panel, +/- ANA (depending on if it’s been checked already/known positive etc) are part of my first set of additional labs!!
