I always repeat unless super elevated then I do US, hep panel, alk phos isoenzynes, GGT, hepatic panel, iron, ferritin

Ggt, ferritin/iron/tibc, ceruloplasin, hepatitis panel, +/- ANA (depending on if it’s been checked already/known positive etc) are part of my first set of additional labs!!
