I put it in a gal size zip lock and massage it in, it gets better mixed. usually when I make cookies I just put the sugar n molasses in the bowl cause it all mixes together in the cookie dough

In the UK white/brown sugar is very similar in price. However golden caster sugar is really expensive so if anyone has any tips I’d be grateful x
