I love my rhodesian ridgeback (sighthound). He loves to cuddle. Fantastic off switch, but can run a marathon with you if you want. They don't care what they're doing as long as it's with you.

I never got the sighthound hype until I wound up with a lurcher, she’s a dream! Chill but loves to play and hike, I’m lucky she has 0 prey drive and excellent recall, an all round perfect dog!

My sighthound (greyhound) sleeps 80% of the day. the other 18% is making sure he's 2 inches behind me, and 2% zoomie, he's great. such a loving 40pmh couch potato ❤️

I am team terrier for life. In my experience, they're not too hard to train and are extremely treat motivated. And their love and loyalty and personality makes all the barking worth it.

Ok yeah sighthounds do just stare from across the room. But they are super silly, fun, fast, and very cool. Ready to go do things or chill on the couch. Incredibly versatile and made of noodles!

sighthounds are cool because they're unproblematic and just kinda vibe with whoever and whatever. common temperament issues in other breeds are much less of a thing in sighthounds in my experience.

Husky owner here 🙋🏽♀️I've put 3 years of daily training into my boy (he's almost 4) and he's incredible. If you have the determination Huskies can be some of the most loyal and loving family dogs.

sight hounds are my favs! if I take a lab into public/hike it's high energy, greeting everyone, kinda loud. a sight hound on the same trip is reserved, enjoys the stroll, very demure lol

I have 2 Akitas, I wanted a healthier large breed that had the wolfy look without the constant barking like a husky 😅 come with their own issues though 🫣😂

Boston terriers are the exception imo. they really do be lap dogs except like 10-30min a day when they go through the Boston crazies then they just go back to potatoing
