It could be a dodgy one or it might be beacuse the razor head doesnโt stay on ๐คฆโโ๏ธor if u slightly drop it the head comes off the razor

the metal is so much better. my plastic one broke and customer service sent me a new one out right away and it was the new kind. no issues at all with it โค๏ธ

I love this razor so much mine was faulty (i think) the head would fall off if i tapped hair out. I contacted you guys and i have a replacement on the was 100% recommend!!! bought my boyfriend 1too๐
