We did fha 3.5% down but we did have cash on deck. That’s the key- unless you have 25 to 30g’s don’t even start the process

there are downpayment loans FHA. nothing new here easy process.. No such thing as multiple appraisers unless the appraiser messed up. Happening now its a buyers market...

This is so true. It took almost three months to sell my house to the buyer because of the insane requirements her lender demanded. They agreed to the as is sell but made me take money off the house.

idk I'm buying a house doing FHA and the state is paying our down payment. close on Jan 10th. didn't have to jump through that many hoops only had to do a quick course online.

I’ve had clients use state programs that req those items. As the agent, I know smoke detectors are req in every rm. If they don’t exist, I add to contract in advance. finished in 45 days every time
