I just stick with PPL 1-2 rest days and that’s it. Im not training for a stage, just to be in shape, works for me.

I do an 8 day split. Or 4 day however you want to view it. But I do cheat/back, arms and legs. Personally love it more than UL, PPL, etc. not saying it’s the best. But it is the best for me

If i do full body every others day, so 3-4 time a week. is 1 set per muscle to failure enough with that frequency or 2 would be better without too much fatigue?
