Also check your folate (folic acid). I didn’t know how bad mine was & im pretty sure that’s what caused my youngest sons cleft lip/palate

Yep!!! I have to get iv iron infusions. They think it's from how heavy my periods are, my body doesn't have time to make up that much blood loss.
