I have switched to pads after I had a leap done... I now feel like tampons might have had something todo with it but I'm not sure.

When I was a teenager I had seizures during my cycle. I had one once and was taken to the ER.. don’t know what they did but a month later I birthed a tampon before my period

Not a tampon or foreign body, but this sounds like what I went through with diverticulitis. Abscess formed and perforated, midline opened and colostomy installed with sigmoid colectomy.

My mother was against tampons so I didn’t tell her the first time I used one until I couldn’t get it to come out.. embarrassed I had to get my mom to remove it yikes.. will never forget trauma
