Ulta is so much better, their return policy, they don’t follow you around the store, the constant coupons, etc. Sephora never has those dang coupons

I’ve stopped shopping at Sephora. I was a VIB Rouge for years. I go to Ulta bc like you, I wear the brands that are only there. Half Magic, Mac, About Face and drugstore. The rewards are also better ✨

I’ve maintained diamond at ulta but it’s so much easier when I can go there and get my hair done at the salon or get my brows done. It racks up my points like CRAZY

As a Sephora employee, personally. I don’t think Sephora’s in a flop era. Simply from the amount of traffic we’ve been getting this year. Also the brands that are moving to ULTA majority started w. 1

I’m pretty bored in Sephora tbh. There’s no wow factor for majority of the brands carried. Mine is also always sold out of the things that are cool. Usually walk out with nothing lol

I think we’re exhausted with consumerism and yes we’re all feeling a bit broke. Sephoras overrun with kids and the employees are often a bit rude and I think we’ve (or I’ve) just hit a exhaustion
