Depending where he is he might actually be doing something illegal. In a lot of states it's illegal to be loitering on jail/prison grounds.

Yeah, cameras are just part of our everyday job. Ignore them. This CO seemed to be the aggressor and that’s exactly what the auditor wants.

CO looks off duty. A citizen at this point. The " auditor " is harassing a citizen. But people in law enforcement are expected to deal with this trash? Do this outside of an abortion clinic. Let's see if it's legal? It's just a camera? Your thoughts are definitely that of a lawyer on this one.
