I ordered today. but im just seeing a tiktok explaining 911 is preset in the phone and cant be removed. I like to be able to teach him to call emergency services in the need. but for such a small kid I wonder if he will unintentionally misuse this service. any tips?

My daughters watch no longer receives text messages as of 4 days ago for some reason…. I really don’t want to have to cancel service and return it but idk what else to do!! She can make calls and receive calls and send out texts but can’t receive texts. Someone help!!! Nothing is blocked I haven’t changed the settings, I did end up factory resetting in hopes it would fix the issue, nothing. I’ve doing everything! Someone please help!
