If you have a letter from them saying they will cover it - which they usually will send to you and the doctor, appeal it. If they don’t accept theappeal, get a lawyer and sue them.

I'm so sorry you have life saving treatments behind a paywall. In Finland I pay almost 25% taxes, but all the treatment was free :S

Come to Denmark, here you pay your 37% tax on your income, and then all your treatment is free. including school university medical, all.

This is terrible, how can these companies get away with it? 😢 My husband has stage 4 cancer, has monthly immunotherapy. Tablets = 9500 euro a month. We don't pay as Italy has universal healthcare.
