Monday: Legs (quads & glutes focused) Tuesday: Back Wednesday: Shoulders & Chest Thursday: Rest day Friday: Legs (hamstrings and glutes focused) Saturday: Abs & shoulders Sunday: Accessories (either more glutes & extra back or some light arms, focus mobility + cardio) ℹ️ ofc this is not set in stone, sometimes I switch rest days, some weeks I add a rest day, but at this current time this is the order I almost always end up doing. 🏃🏻♀️ I also add in 20-30 min of steady state cardio 3-4 sessions a week.
