My aunt and mom went to the Denver Christmas Market. The Brezel man gave them a Brezel for free, he was German and wanted them to test it and give feedback. 😂 On Mondays beer and Glühwein are only 6$

I went to the Baltimore christkindlmarkt this year, they wanted $14 for a braut auf brot. If you had a chase card it was 50% off and still expensive.

Many US Christmas markets require you to buy a reusable mug with your first glühwein ($12-$15), but the refills are much cheaper ($6-$7). But agreed that American prices are too damn high!

People never believe me when I tell them just how more expensive everything is in the US. In Germany, things are still pretty much given away IMO.

Kann man nicht vergleichen. So wie in der Schweiz verdienen die Menschen in den USA je nach Region auch deutlich mehr als in Deutschland. Das ist wie Preise in Deutschland mit Indien zu vergleichen.
