You know what is extreme? Eating a diet that goes directly against what our bodies were designed to eat! Over a million years in the existence of humans have we been eating (raw) meat and organs, that’s why we have a large brain,that’s why our digestive system looks the way it does, that’s why essential nutrients are only found in animal products?!?! So how is it extreme if I eat what my body is made for, what it need to thrive?! I’m not saying that pizza, pasta or ice cream are inherently bad and you should never eat them, those foods are part of culture and if you make them from high quality products and you eat them on occasion then that’s totally fine, ice cream can actually be a health food if you make it from the right ingredients (raw cream, egg yolks and raw honey), but our society in the western world has become so disconnected from natural and ancestral food, that eating the way I do is considered “extreme” or “gross” or “weird”. You don’t have to eat the way I do, but I bet you will feel and look 1000 x better. #rawprimal #rawprimaldiet
