Stick with it! I tell my patients it will get worse before it gets better. I don’t change meds (unless not tolerated) for 8 weeks to see improvement.

When I was on doxy my skin got worse before it got better. one thing though- my doctor said do not put any creams on my skin (other than moisturizer) … interesting

I also tried doxycycline and felt the same. The only thing that has helped me was absorbica (acutane). I wish I would have not been so scared before. On month 5 and the results are 10/10.
