You’re gonna be doing a chest press, exercise, incline, chest press, exercise, a machine shoulder press exercise and then supersetting at the end with the pet deck and a lateral cable day two is going to consist of back and bicep exercises. First exercises pull up exercise is going to be pull downs our third back exercise it’s gonna be a chest supported row and a fourth exercise is going to be a single dumbbell row on day three our workout is going to consist of legs. We’re going to target our hamstrings first lying hamstring curls gonna be the first exercise.
