be careful with the eggs - i crack them into a separate bowl (or usually a measuring cup i’ve already used) in case one is bad it doesnt go in the whole bowl of ingredients

Same lmao I just throw it all in the kitchenaid and hope for the best. Sometimes I’ll even bake the cookies in a muffin pan just so I don’t have to refrigerate the dough.

My husband just told me there’s a difference between measuring cups for liquid and dry ingredients. And I’ve been using whatev is closest my whole life. Lmao. I wonder why they made glass and plastic
