INGREDIENTS 1 lb chicken breast 1 chopped onion 1 tbsp of ranch seasoning 1/2 tsp each of salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning 1 jar of Alfredo sauce 1/4 - 1/2 of a cup of Buffalo Wild Wings Medium Sauce (start with 1/4 if you don’t like it spicy) 16 oz box of pasta 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese 1/2 - 1 cup of shredded mozzarella 2 tbsp of bottled ranch dressing INSTRUCTIONS Add the chicken, chopped onion, dry ranch seasoning, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, Italian seasoning and about 1/4 cup of buffalo sauce to a crockpot. Cook on low for 4-6 hours. Shred or chop up the chicken and add it back to the crockpot. Add one jar of Alfredo sauce, Parmesan cheese, Mozzarella cheese, and ranch dressing to the crockpot and stir well. Boil a box of pasta according to the directions on the package. Add the cooked pasta to the crockpot and mix everything together. Top with Parmesan cheese and dried parsley. Taste and add more buffalo sauce if needed.
