I worked there for 2+ years and very hard to “climb the ladder” and 50k in nyc is chump change also horrible work/life balance

I applied to B&H a few times. Their pay is actually decent. It's over $20/hr (I think 22/23 ) for just customer service (counter) and more for ones in the back on the phones.
