As someone who just got married- agree to this. Also, prioritize your photographer. You can find other vendors who can do a great job, but it’s so difficult to find a photographer for your date (1)

I had the same timeline as you, 4 years ago…got engaged in Dec booked a venue by Jan, got married in Oct. had all the big vendors & dress by Feb and then coasted for a few months, it was perfect!
