#CapCut The best ever Thanksgiving Sausage Stuffing. This will be quick to become your go to stuffing. Enjoy!  Sausage Stuffing Ingredients: Cube stuffing, 12 oz. bag 1 Tbsp. Olive oil 1 16oz. Sausage roll, I use Jimmy Dean 1 Egg beaten 1 Stick butter 1 Carrot, small dice, about 1/2 cup 2 Stalks Celery, small dice, about 1 cup 1 Onion, small dice 1 Shallot, small dice 4 Cloves garlic, fine chop 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning  3 Cups low sodium chicken broth 1/2 tsp. Salt & 1/2 tsp. pepper Fresh Sage & Thyme, tied to make bouquet garni Preheat oven to 350 Butter a 9x13 baking dish In a large bowl pour in the bag of stuffing and set aside In a large frying pan add the olive oil, once heated add the sausage Cook sausage till cooked through and slightly browned Remove Sausage from pan and set aside In the same frying pan melt the butter Add the carrots, celery, onion, shallots and 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning  Saute 6-7 minutes till vegetables are soft Add garlic and cook an additional 2 minutes Pour two cups of the Chicken broth over the vegetable mixture Add Salt, pepper and Bouquet Garni Simmer mixture till slightly reduced about 7-8 minutes, stirring occasionally  When sausage has cooled just a bit add it to the bowl with the cubed bread Add the beaten egg to sausage and bread and mix well. Make sure the sausage is not super hot or it will scramble the egg.  Remove bouquet garni from vegetable mixture.  Pour Vegetable mixture over the sausage and bread and mix well.
