It is safe to use once a day, but that doesnt mean we can all tolerate it that often. I can only tolerate once a week or it causes bleeding but I definitely think it helps me prevent BV/YI for me

I agree! But also using a gentler woman made boric when I had to reset my microbiology changed my life! I agree it should only be used as a disrupter!!
