You guys it is WATER BASED! If you don’t use water based makeup and you use silicon based makeup DO NOT get this! It will separate your makeup

If I use Kheils avocado cream for under eyes, cetaphil for under eyes, elf grip primer and last kosas concealer why am I still getting creases and separation? Am I using a wrong product?
