My local Macy’s has empty shelves, dirty carpets throughout, and a staff of 3 for a two floor store. It’s depressing.

The Macys on 34th is a huge hassle too, i just wanted a cashier to let me pay for a shirt and it took asking 5 or 6 employees before someone was willing to just occupy a cash register for a moment

I will never buy clothes, shoes, appliances etc online bc I need to see/inspect what I’m buying! I don’t want to go through the hassle of sending that 💩 back!😒 Unless I know exactly what I’m buying.

The stores seem to vary. I went to one and it was clean & orderly and appealing. Then I went to another and it felt like what Kmart used to be. Cheap looking and a mess.

They’d have discounts I didn’t know about until I checked out. Made decisions based on what I thought the price was. Would have made other selections. Happened a lot!
