How to make it down below, make sure to save & let me know if you give it a try 👀 👇🏼 MACOS BELOW 👇🏼 INGREDIENTS: - Red Potatoes - 1 tbsp butter - Fresh parsley - Grated parmesan - 1 tsp minced garlic - Salt INSTRUCTIONS: - Boil the potato’s for 15 minutes or until fork-tender - Using a flat surface like a glass, crush the potatoes until flat. - Mix butter, garlic and parsley and mix then brush evenly on potatoes. - Add Parmesan on potatoes then season with salt and pepper. - Bake at 400F for 20-25 minutes or until golden and crispy. DIPPING SAUCE: - 1/4 cup light mayo (you can use greek yogurt to make this higher protein) - 1 tbsp water (add more water for a runny dressing & add less water for a thicker dressing) - 1 tbsp garlic infused olive oil (this is the best olive oil to use for flavor) - 1 tsp cumin - 1 tsp minced garlic - Black pepper - Salt - Fresh dill POTATOES: 46.3 CALS / 2P / 2.5F / 4.6C ~ Per Serving (serving size 1, recipe made 8) DIPPING SAUCE: 260 CALS / 0P / 28F / 4C ~ Entire Dipping Sauce (makes ~ 3-4 servings) Some tips for this recipe: 1.
