Lip flip looks very nice. However, no one tells you how uncomfortable it can be. You can’t pronounce letter P, you can’t eat with a spoon, you can’t drink from a straw. Can’t rub your lips together.

I love lip flips but since you use those muscles everyday it wears off very quickly. I get maybe 4 weeks before it wears off.

I literally had to go to the dentist I had tmj so bad especially as it wore off because I had used my muscles to speak and chew totally differnt. Did not like it at all
