but knowing how to GROUND literally feels like magic in your body🪄 
✨it helps to calm your nervous system
✨it promotes healing in the body
✨it gets you out of your head and into your body 
And the best part… 🥁 
IT’S COMPLETELY FREE 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
It just requires some awareness and practice! But I know you got this💃🏼
Here are some of my favorite ways to get grounded: 

🌳1. Get outside & put your feet 👣 on the earth. Just being barefoot on the earth creates an electrical charge that allows your body to feel more grounded. *bonus points* if you imagine any energy you don’t need sloshing off you and into the earth 🌍 
💨2. Focus on your breath. Is it shallow or deep? Where are you breathing? Into your chest or your belly? Try a breathing technique like a box breath - breathe in for 4, hold for 4, breathe out for 4, and hold for 4 (repeat 3/4 times) 🌬️ Now, how do you feel? What do you notice has shifted?
👀3. Orienting is such an easy practice to help you ground and feel safe in any environment! It’s just bringing your awareness to your senses wherever you are. What do you see, hear, smell, taste, and touch? 😋
