It's just not Nepal, other countries like India, Pakistan, Middle East students are getting very high scores also. People get paid to take some exam.

They should have looked at each score individually. Everyone who scored within a deviation of Nepal's 2023 avg should have their score reinstated. Cancelling all of them seems unjust

USMLE should be taken only in usa or usa embassy. Each exam in each country has to be unique so they don't get a copy before they takes it.

I read one province in China students get 54% pass rate on step 1 but Palestine students get 97% step 1 pass rate follow by Lebanon, Jordan. hmmmm
