I think he’s “full term” but definitely on the smaller size!! My girl is tiny too, I try not to pay attention to the sizes and just put her in what fits even if it isn’t “right” 🥰

My son left the hospital at 4lb 15oz born 5lb 4oz and was a bit early 34w 5d. Premie clothes stayed on that boy for at least 2-3 months. He’s almost 14 months and is in at least 2t everything now.

My son was barely 4 pounds when we left the hospital since he was born 7 weeks early. He was in preemie for a couple months. My daughter was 6 pounds full term & she wore preemie for a few weeks.

Baby was born at 5lbs and 7 ounces. But do to some health issues he needed up dropping to 4lbs at some point. He was in preemie and nb size for a while lol
