✨This is my recipe for Cinnamon Roll Banana Cake, and honestly… it’s one of the best recipes I’ve ever made. Super moist, incredibly soft, and packed with fresh banana flavor, with swirls of buttery cinnamon sugar in every bite and the dreamiest cream cheese glaze on top. I’m absolutely obsessed with this combination!✨ Ingredients  • 240 g all-purpose flour • 1 tbsp baking powder • ½ tsp salt • 1 tsp cornstarch • 1½ tsp cinnamon • 90 g granulated sugar • 90 g brown sugar • 113 g unsalted butter, melted • 60 ml avocado oil (or vegetable oil) • 2 eggs + 1 egg white • 1½ tbsp vanilla extract • 80 ml milk • 80 g Greek yogurt • 230–250 g very ripe bananas, mashed (I used about 2½ medium bananas) ~Cinnamon Swirl  • 75 g melted butter • 100 g brown sugar • 2 tbsp cinnamon • 1¼ tsp all-purpose flour • Pinch of salt ~Cream Cheese Glaze • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, softened • 6 oz (170 g) Philadelphia cream cheese, softened • 1½–2 cups powdered sugar • 1 tsp vanilla extract • 5–6 tbsp heavy cream (or a little more for a thinner glaze) ~Instructions 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9-inch square (9x9) baking pan with parchment paper and lightly grease it. 2. In a medium bowl, whisk together all the dry ingredients. 3. In a separate bowl, whisk together all the wet ingredients until smooth. 4. Fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients just until combined. Do not overmix. 5.
